Welcome to CityCast. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data, especially your biometric data (facial images) used to generate our cinematic videos. This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

Facial Images (Selfies): Uploaded solely for the purpose of AI video generation.
Email Address: Used strictly to deliver your final video and payment receipt.
Payment Information: Processed securely via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

CityCast acts purely as a data processor (a "pass-through" conduit). Your uploaded selfie is transmitted directly to our AI sub-processors (Google Vertex AI) to generate your souvenir video.

    🔒 Your original photo and the generated AI model of your face are permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour of video delivery. We do not claim ownership of your images, we do not use your images to train our own AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
  

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with essential service providers:

Google Cloud (Vertex AI): For video generation processing.
Bunny.net: For secure, temporary video hosting and delivery.
Lemon Squeezy: For secure payment processing (Merchant of Record).

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies to remember your preferences (such as cookie consent). We do not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to request access, correction, or immediate deletion of your data. Since we auto-delete facial data within 1 hour, deletion requests primarily apply to your email address and transaction history.
