CityCast provides AI-generated cinematic video souvenirs. By uploading a photo and purchasing our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your image solely for generating your personalized video.
You must only upload photos of yourself or persons who have given you explicit consent. Uploading images of celebrities, minors without parental consent, or explicit content is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban without refund.
Because AI generation can occasionally fail to recognize a face or produce artifacts, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If your video fails to generate or the quality is severely compromised by AI artifacts, contact support@citycast.app within 7 days for a full refund.
Videos are typically delivered via email within 2-5 minutes. During high server load, this may take up to 15 minutes. The download link provided will remain active for 7 days.
All videos are priced at €19.90 per generation. Payment is processed securely through Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). All prices include applicable taxes.
By uploading a photo, you grant us a temporary, limited license solely to transmit your image to our third-party AI providers (e.g., Google) for the express purpose of generating your requested video. Once the video is generated, this license expires and your input image is deleted.
You own the final generated video and may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes (including social media). CityCast retains the rights only to the underlying AI generation pipelines, code, and website templates.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Croatia.
